This 8 week course was designed for beginner Yogis who want to move their bodies and establish better weight loss rituals. Each class features:

  • A short lesson on mindset and movement to help you set and keep those weight loss goals

  • A beginner-friendly gentle asana practice that includes the use of modifications and props to ensure comfort and stability during your practice

  • Modified vinyasa flow to get your blood pumping to help kick your body into fat-burning mode

  • Take-home practices to keep you moving throughout the week

  • Accountability in a supportive group to help you set and maintain small milestones along your journey.
