This 2 month course was designed for beginner Yogis who want to move their bodies and establish better health or weight loss rituals. Each class features:
A short lesson on mindset and movement to help you establish healthy habits
A beginner-friendly gentle asana practice that includes the use of modifications and props to ensure comfort and stability during your practice
Modified vinyasa flow to get your blood pumping to help kick your body into fat-burning mode
Take-home practices to keep you moving throughout the week
Accountability in a supportive group to help you set and maintain small milestones along your journey.
