A gentle, slow-paced flow finishing with a short meditation and relaxing Savasana. Suitable for ALL ability levels and designed to calm, stretch, restore, and relax. No Prior Yoga Experience Necessary.

This 8 week series is designed specifically for bigger-bodied yogis! This class is designed to address the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that can come when setting weight loss goals, while creating a supportive environment to let loose, sweat, and move it out. Are you tolerating pain during your practice? Are you continuously aggravating an injury or have a nagging discomfort that won't go away? Or you keep "pushing through" the pain?

This workshop is designed to take your practice to the next level! Many of us are living with low-grade pain that doesn't disable us from dealing with daily life, so we keep ignoring it. This can lead to major complications and movement limitations in the long run. 

Join Kasey in this weekly exclusive small workshop for a 1:1 look at your body's alignments and habitual movement patterns. Even the smallest adjustments in posture, alignment, and weight distribution can alleviate pain and protect the body from long-term injury.

About Our Classes

Tantra Power Yoga strives to provide a variety of classes suited for Practitioners of ALL ABILITY LEVELS.

FREE COMMUNITY YOGA: YOGA BASICS

Free Community Yoga is back on Wednesday nights to offer Yoga Basics:  guidance in the basic building blocks of yoga practice. Each class will include a lengthy warm-up followed by a gentle flow of movement through common yoga postures, an introduction to simple breathing techniques, and a short guided meditation. Along the way, this class will also feature explanations of common yoga terms and practices. This is a perfect class for absolute beginners, as well as for those wanting to move slowly and gently through a practice. Suitable for ALL LEVELS


HOT YOGA FLOW

All Levels Welcome. A Vinyasa Class (meaning a flow from one posture to the next) with emphasis on strength, balance, flexibility and concentration. The 100-104 Degree heat will Energize, Vitalize, and Detox your body.  The acceleration of flexibility, weight loss and hormonal and mood regulation can be expected.

We have four flows that alternate every two weeks. Flow 1 focuses on Basics & Alignment, Flow 2: Twisting and Balancing, Flow 3: Heart Opening, and Flow 4: Inversions. Vinyasa can mean 'to place in a special way' and is characterized by linking breath with body movement. OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.  


Restorative Yoga with Tom or Lindsay

Restorative Yoga helps to relieve the effects of stress by allowing the central nervous system to calm while the body is fully supported with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks etc), stimulating relaxation and a sense of restoring and renewing. Healing Touch deepens these soft restorative openings to allow  healing, harmony and compassion to manifest while simultaneously releasing stuck energies and old habits.  Restorative Yoga and Healing Touch will lovingly bring the mind, body, and spirit to a calm still state of rest and repair. Suitable for ALL LEVELS.


Happy Hour With Jess

Looking for a late afternoon recharge? Lift your spirits with a 45-minute workout to re-energize after a busy day. Strengthen your body, gain flexibility, embrace the moment, and let the rest go.

Intermediate level yoga class


PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes are available for individuals, couples, and groups and can be scheduled by appointment. Private class times can be used to address specific questions, physical limitations, to create a personalized yoga practice, for personal empowerment, and for sports teams. Cost for a private class is $20 per person per hour for 6 or more. For 5 or less it is $25 per person. Please contact us by phone to schedule an appointment: 208-315-0159.

Buddha Body Yoga with Lindsay Crowther

April 3 - May 22; Wednesdays @ 5:30pm

Special Guest Class Saturday, May 4

This 8 week course was designed for beginner Yogis who want to move their bodies and establish better weight loss rituals. Each class features:

  • A short lesson on mindset and movement to help you set and keep those weight loss goals

  • A beginner-friendly gentle asana practice that includes the use of modifications and props to ensure comfort and stability during your practice

  • Modified vinyasa flow to get your blood pumping to help kick your body into fat-burning mode
