Or join our NEW WARM MID-MORNING CLASSES at 10:30am Mon-Thursday. We are NOW taking Registrations for the Spring/Summer TEACHER TRAINING INTENSIVES STARTING in MARCH.

Mondays

10:30-11:45: Soul Yoga with Tracey Kindall: A Late Morning practice Featuring a Gentle, Slow-Paced Flow finishing with a Short Meditation and Relaxing Savasana. Suitable for ALL Ability Levels and Designed to Calm, Stretch, Restore, and Relax. No Prior Yoga Experience Necessary.
